Payments & Fees

Registration is not complete and active until payment has been received for the fees. You are able to make direct payment to

Please note that the fees have increased this year due to:

absorbing an increase in fees for affiliation from the Northern Football Federation and New Zealand Football

and to include a uniform the club purchases per member

2018 Fees

To work out what grade you or your child are, take what age you or your child are turning this year and that becomes the grade they are.

For example if your child is turning 9 at any point this year, they would be playing 9th grade for the 2018 season

All players will receive a customised playing Albany shirt, shorts and socks as part of the membership fee

Development Teams

All players will receive a playing Albany shorts and socks as part of the membership fee

The club will provide the team with an approved shirt for use across the season which is required to be returned

As per communications by New Zealand Football to all players in New Zealand, and communications from Albany United to our members,  a new software system called COMET is about to be launched.  This system replaced the previous software package (GoalNet) which also administered football in NZ encompassing the nationwide player database, competition management and much of each club's administration. 

By now you would have received an email advising you of your national player number (USER name) and password however the system launch has been delayed. This means that currently no clubs in New Zealand can access the live COMET system to take registrations. 

We have been keeping abreast of any communications from New Zealand Football along with trying a few options to implement a "Plan B" ... recognising

that we are into our preseason training period, players are wanting confirmation of which team they will be in, and we are all eager to start the 2018 season.

We have devised a Temporary Registration Form - this form will be used to start the registration process and then be entered into the COMET system (by

the Club Secretary) once the system goes live.  This is a temporary solution to start processing registrations and will speed up the process for players and teams. 

By submitting your information and making a registration payment, players are not exempt from registering into the COMET system.

The details captured below will be stored on a manual database and when the Comet system is ready, the Albany United Football Club administration team will load these registrations into the system at which time you may receive a mail from the system notifying you that your registration is active.

By hitting submit you are thus agreeing to register under Albany United Football Club. You are agreeing to the club's rules and regulations, and code of conduct. You are agreeing to the Northern Football Federation rules, regulations, and code of conduct. You are agreeing to the New Zealand Football rules and regulations, and code of conduct. You agree and understand that the activity you we are participating in may have inherent risks that are perceived 

higher than normal activity. Albany United Football Club shall not be responsible for any personal injury or consequential loss arising from activities sustained by or through the use of the facility or any advice received.

You give permission for the above information to be used to complete a membership list of the North Harbour Football & Sports Club Inc. for administrative purposes. You understand that this information will be provided to the parent body, Northern Football Federation, for the compilation of their membership database. You agree that any fines or disciplinary costs incurred by you, is your responsibility including payment thereof. You agree that any North Harbour Football & Sports Club Inc. 'gear' issued to you for use is your responsibility for care and return to North Harbour Football & Sports Club Inc. upon request or payment thereof for replacement of the 'gear'. You agree that North Harbour Football & Sports Club Inc. may refuse a member playing or transfer rights until all costs incurred by yourself or 'gear' not returned or paid for, have been settled. You agree that North Harbour Football & Sports Club Inc. will forward correspondence and/or communication relating to the North Harbour Football & Sports Club Inc. and it's partners. You can elect to unsubscribe from the

email correspondence at anytime. You agree to act, both on the playing field and when associated with the game or the North Harbour Football & Sports

Club Inc., in a manner that is conducive to enhancing the values and behaviours of the game and North Harbour Football & Sports Club Inc. ('gear' shall

mean any items purchased by the club for use by its members)
